 About Brennans

Brennans Solicitors is based in Wallsend Town centre

Brennans Solicitors is based in Wallsend Town centre with excellent transport links to all parts of North Tyneside and Newcastle upon Tyne, including Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and the City Centre of Newcastle.

At Brennans, the culture is friendly and informal with strong client relationships fostered over a long period of time, helping us to get to know you and provide you with the best service for your needs.

Why choose Brennans?

By having the needs of you, the client, at the forefront of what we do enables us to take a holistic view of specific issues. For example marriage break-up will inevitably result in other problems which, due to the open and inclusive way in which we function, we are ideally placed to address.

Most of our staff have been internally trained to ensure not only the expertise is passed on but the Brennan culture is maintained. Not only knowing the law but the application of it is important to us.

Accreditation

We are members of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association, which commits family lawyers to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way in the belief that family law disputes should be dealt with in a constructive way designed to preserve people's dignity and to encourage agreements. Membership requires the demonstration of a high level of skill in family law as well as specialist knowledge of two or more specific family law subjects. You can be sure your family law matters are in safe hands.

The firm dates back to 1980 when John Brennan moved from Gateshead back to his home town of Wallsend in North Tyneside to form the law firm of Brennans where the emphasis has always been on people. With a client base also in Whitley Bay and Tynemouth, we're very much a team of family solicitors.

If you are looking for a team of solicitors in Newcastle upon Tyne or North Tyneside to look after your interests or for further information about our services please call us on 0191 261 5133 (including Out of Hours), drop us an email or use the contact form and one of our friendly team will call you back promptly.
